From Warren, take Route 6 through Sheffield. At Barnes turn
right on Route 666. Cross a bridge over Tionesta Creek,
toward Marienville, which puts you on Blue Jay Road. After
1.2 miles take a sharp right onto FR 128 and follow as the
road ascends the mountain. After 5.2 miles you will reach
Deadman Corners, an intersection of 5 roads. Bear right on
FR 180 and follow for 2.5 miles where you will find a grassy
pull-off on the right.

Park here. There is no trail sign but the trail is clearly evident.

It's about a half-mile to the falls which drop about 10 feet
over a ledge.
